I have lovingly & joyfully collaborated with people to change their lives, since 1987. My greatest strength is in quickly forming strong alliances with people, to help them change thoughts and behaviors which are keeping them from being healthy in mind, body, or spirit.
I have worked on the streets, in homeless shelters, treatment centers, schools, group homes, hospitals, offices, and the homes of many families. I believe in meeting people where they are and that true emotional and spiritual liberation can emerge from the relationships we form with people.
I have a Master's in Counseling Psychology & Drama Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies, where I have also taught in the Community Mental Health program. I have a deep understanding of the harmful effects of trauma and am passionate about the liberation of all humanity.

At Hopeful Tribe, we are creating a more hopeful world. We help people thrive by helping them build and sustain loving and kind relationships with themselves and others.
