About the Recipe

This is the fourth meal we had on our 3 day extreme keto/almost carnivore meal plan. We cooked the bacon the night before, so all we had to do was to chop the veggies and roll the wrap. These were so yummy and filling for only 1g net carbs and 372 calories!


  • 2 Hero flour tortillas

  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard

  • 2 thin slices of red onion

  • 2 precooked pieces of bacon

  • 2 ounces roasted turkey breast


Step 1

Lay out tortillas on a flat surface and spread mayonnaise and mustard on the surface.

Step 2

Place romaine leaves, red onion slices, turkey, and bacon in the center of the tortilla, leaving enough room at one end to fold in.

Step 3

Fold in one end of the tortilla towards the middle, then wrap one side around the ingredients until it makes a closed wrap. Enjoy!
